A SHAVENT IS AN INVESTMENT IN A GENTLE, AGILE SHAVING WHICH IN THE LONG TERM NOT ONLY SAVES A LOT OF PLASTIC BUT ALSO CASH THANKS TO THE CHEAP STANDARD RAZOR BLADES.

So that you don't have to worry about whether investing in the SHAVENT is worth it for you, whether it suits you and whether you feel comfortable with the SHAVENT shaving experience, we have launched our 30-day money-back campaign.

What does 30 days money back mean?

This means that we are so sure that the SHAVENT is exactly right for you that we offer you the option of returning it up to 30 days after purchase if you are not satisfied - and we will refund your purchase price.

How it works

  • TEST: Take a little time for your first shaves and start your new shaving experience with much less shaving pressure than before. This way you can try out the SHAVENT at your leisure. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time!

  • FEEDBACK: If you are not (yet) happy with your SHAVENT after a few shaves, then write us an email at kontakt@shavent.store and briefly describe where the problem lies. We will send you tips on how you might still find a perfect shave with the SHAVENT.

  • RETURN: If the SHAVENT is still not right for you within 30 days of receipt, we will send you a link where you can create a return label and, as soon as the return with your SHAVENT order has arrived safely with us, we will refund your purchase price to your chosen payment method.

Done. It's that simple.

Please note:

that you send back all the components of a set, even if they have already been opened! If you keep parts, for example a pack of blades, we have to deduct these from the refund! (We actually wanted to be accommodating here, but unfortunately people keep taking advantage of this and use us as a way to get free razor blades ;-( so we unfortunately have to insist on this now).

Since you cannot use accessories such as the razor bag without the Shavent, we will of course take these back within 30 days - but please do not use the accessories until you are sure that you want to keep the Shavent! We can only take back clean, unused, new accessories.
